We are The Good Roll. Our toilet paper is new and unique. Made from 100% recycled and bamboo paper. Our mission: Safe and clean toilets for everyone! That is why we use 50% of our net profit to build toilets in various countries in Africa.

The Good Roll was born out of a shared frustration. There are 2.3 billion people worldwide who do not have access to safe and clean toilets, which is about 32% (!) of the world population. In addition, 270,000 trees are cut down every day for the production of toilet paper. Shocking figures if you ask us.

At The Good Roll, everything revolves around positive impact with a wink. With our ambitious start-up, we want to free up financial resources to build as many toilets as possible in Africa and not only save lives, but also improve the living conditions of many people. How do we do that? Exactly! By selling as much toilet paper as possible, both in the Netherlands and internationally!

🤩 The Challenge

For the growing The Good Roll team, we are currently looking for a proactive and enthusiastic intern who will strengthen the marketing & communications department with a fresh perspective for 3-6 months.

With this internship we offer you a unique opportunity to develop yourself within a young, dynamic start-up environment! In this role you will be responsible for creating content for various online communication tools (social media, website etc.) and managing our channels.

🎯 Who are we looking for?

• HBO/WO education in commercial economics or related, minimum 2nd year

• You have natural persuasiveness and a high likeability factor

• Proactive attitude, initiator who takes initiative independently

• You believe in our mission and would like to be part of it

Junior Accountmanager

Als Junior Accountmanager ben jij de drijvende kracht achter onze commerciële groei. Je zit niet alleen achter een bureau; je combineert binnendienst met een actieve buitendienst! The Good Roll Foundation Project Lead

As Project Manager, you are the operational backbone of the Foundation, based in Ghana. In collaboration with our technical team, you coordinate the installation of dry system toilets at schools and co-develop the dry system toilets with our technical partner. Together with our Wash & Waste team, you coordinate waste management and the maintenance of toilets at schools. At the same time, you are the primary link to the headquarters in the Netherlands: you ensure that information, progress, and bottlenecks are communicated clearly and in a timely manner, and you are a solutions-oriented problem-solver who can get things done.
