Come roll with us!

We love our products, and we hope you do too! If for any reason you are not happy with your Good Roll order, we believe returns and refunds should be easy and hassle-free.

If you are not satisfied with your product and would like a refund for orders purchased through our website, you can request a free return within 14 days of receiving all items in your order. We would appreciate it if you could email us for this via hello@thegoodroll.nl .

Please state your order number (you can find this in the email with the confirmation of your order or on your invoice), your name and whether you want your package to be picked up at home or at a collection point. We would like to hear the reason for the return, so that we can do our best to solve it for the next time! But of course you are not obliged to report this to us. You will always receive a confirmation of the return by email.

The products you wish to return must be returned within 14 days of registration.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the products resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products.

We will refund the entire purchase price (including any shipping and payment costs) as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receipt of the cancellation notice. Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used to make the transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

  • Please open the shipping box and original packaging carefully so that you can reuse them to return the order if necessary!
