Returning? Absolutely!
At The Good Roll, we offer a money-back guarantee. You can return your order within 14 days after receiving all items from your order. Please ensure that:

  • the product is unopened,

  • the product is undamaged,

  • and the product is in the original packaging.

How do I arrange my return?
Returning is super easy. You can arrange it yourself via a post point or post office. Here is how it works:

  1. Register your return via our customer service: hello@thegoodroll.com or via www.thegoodroll.nl.

  2. Pack your product securely and include a note with your order number.

  3. Take the package to a post point or post office and send it to:HC Fulfillment, attn: The Good Roll
    Fahrenheitstraat 11
    6003 DC Weert

Please note: the shipping costs for the return are at your own expense.

Refund?
Yes! As soon as we have received your return in good condition, we will refund the full purchase amount of the returned products.
Shipping and return costs are not refunded.

The refund will be made via the same payment method as your order, unless otherwise agreed. We will process this as quickly as possible, no later than 14 days after notification of your return.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, who is not the carrier, takes physical possession of the first item.

Arrived damaged?
Oops! That shouldn't happen, of course. Did your product arrive damaged or defective? Let us know immediately via hello@thegoodroll.com. We will provide a suitable solution — and in this case, we will also reimburse your return costs.

Are there exceptions?
Yes, a few important points:

  • Opened or used products cannot be returned, unfortunately.

  • Products damaged through use fall outside the return policy.

Exchanging?
We don't roll with exchanges. Still want something else? Return your product and place a new order.

European model form
You can also use the European model withdrawal form to inform us that you are cancelling your purchase. However, using this form is not mandatory.

Pro-tip
Open the shipping box and packaging carefully so that you can reuse them if you need to return something. It saves tape — and stress.
