The Good Roll is an innovative startup committed to producing sustainable toilet paper made from 100% recycled and bamboo paper. With a mission to make safe and clean toilets available worldwide, we invest 50% of our net profit in building toilets in Africa. Our goal is to make a positive impact with a wink: selling more toilet paper means building more toilets!


🖌️ The Internship: Design Intern

As a design intern at The Good Roll, you will become an essential part of our marketing team. You will have the opportunity to independently and under the guidance of our designer perform various design activities. Think of creating social posts, infographics, product designs, brochures, and advertisements. Your creativity knows no bounds!


📌 What are we looking for?

  • You are following a Graphic Design course or a (multi)media course

  • Affinity with graphic design, content design and sustainability

  • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (After Effects or Premiere is a plus)

  • Creative, flexible, independent and an eye for detail

  • A hands-on approach and the ability to think outside the box

Operations Manager - The Good Roll Ghana

Wij zijn per direct op zoek naar een Operationeel Manager voor een periode van minimaal 2 jaar die ervoor zorgt dat de dagelijkse operaties soepel verlopen en dat alle taken effectief worden uitgevoerd. Jij houdt toezicht op de werkzaamheden, zorgt ervoor dat de operatie op volle kracht blijft draaien en werkt nauw samen met de Operations Manager en Factory Manager.

Farmer Operations Manager - The Good Roll Ghana

Vanaf maart 2025 zijn wij op zoek naar een Farmer Operations Manager voor The Good Roll Ghana. Als Farmer Operations Manager speel jij een cruciale rol in ons succes. Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor het uitbreiden van ons netwerk van kleinschalige boeren en het optimaliseren van de bamboe-oogst. Met jouw inspanningen zorg je ervoor dat onze huidige en toekomstige fabrieken altijd voldoende bamboe op voorraad hebben, terwijl je de transparantie in onze keten waarborgt.
