At The Good Roll, we are constantly working on improving our products and making them even more sustainable. But let's be honest, you can't just call yourself truly sustainable. That requires the right certificates, and guess what? We have them in our pocket! We are very proud of that and of course we would love to explain them to you.

B Corp

Our B Corp certification is more than just a piece of paper. It’s a confirmation of our commitment to sustainability. This certification doesn’t just come about; companies must meet high standards of social and environmental performance, transparency and accountability. But how do we do that?

Employee Well-being: We put our employees first. We take good care of our crew, not only with fair wages, but also with excellent working conditions and a pleasant working environment.

Social impact: We do more than just roll toilet paper. We also roll with our own foundation. With this we build and maintain toilets in developing countries, with a focus on Ghana. In addition, we also provide education about hygiene and menstruation.

Environmental Performance : Our ecological footprint? We keep it as light as a feather. We recycle what we can and manage our resources in a way that makes Mother Nature proud.

We keep setting goals for the future. And our biggest goal is: Becoming even more sustainable. And that's why we want to become the first Fairtrade toilet paper company in the world!

A Fairtrade certificate is a sustainable quality mark that is given to products that meet certain ethical rules during production and sale. The main goal of this certificate is to ensure fair trade. This means that farmers and workers in developing countries receive a decent wage and can work under good conditions. This quality mark also helps to promote sustainable development by offering better trading conditions and protecting the rights of underprivileged makers and workers.
