So, let’s talk about Farmerline! It’s an app that’s changing the way we process farmer payments. No more stuffy, old-fashioned methods – they’re using technology to ensure farmers get exactly what they’re owed. It’s blazing fast, it’s simple, and best of all, it’s transparent. Before Farmerline, farmers were mostly cash-based and struggled with payment delays due to logistics and middlemen. Our goal is to ensure our farmers get their money directly into their mobile wallet – all you need is a phone and a sim card!

After the bamboo has been harvested and weighed, Farmerline will calculate the price based on the brand new kilo price set by Fair Trade. Furthermore, farmers then have direct access to market information, allowing them to make smart choices about selling their products for fair prices and avoiding the middlemen. But we don’t stop there. We also want to help farmers with their taxes through Farmerline. By simplifying tax matters and ensuring direct payments, farmers’ financial administration will run smoothly again.
