Certificates of Goodroll Holding B.V. moving to NPEX

Goodroll Holding chooses for trading via NPEX; Nxchange and NPEX will facilitate the transfer.


Amsterdam, August 26, 2025
Nxchange and Goodroll Holding B.V. announce today that the certificates of Goodroll Holding B.V. will be transferred to the NPEX stock exchange in the coming weeks. This step makes it possible for investors to trade the Goodroll Holding B.V. certificates.

Starting from mid-October via the multilateral trading facility (MTF) of NPEX.


The transfer will take place with the explicit consent of the investors. Nxchange will contact investors via email to obtain their instructions.


The migration is being carried out in close cooperation with Euroclear Nederland and NPEX. Investors will be informed well in advance about the steps to be taken and will receive personal support if they have any questions.
