These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) apply to this competition organized by GoodRoll B.V., located at Nesland 5, 1381XA Weesp (Netherlands) with company number KVK 68000650 (hereinafter referred to as “The Good Roll”).
By participating in the competition, you accept these terms.
1. Conditions of Participation
You may only participate in the competition if you are a resident of the Netherlands or Belgium.
Any person under the age of 18 who wishes to participate in the competition must have the consent of their parent(s) or legal guardian. The Good Roll is entitled to request proof of this consent.
You are responsible for providing your details correctly. Providing incorrect details may lead to your participation being excluded.
You may only participate once per email address. Each participation in the promotion is free of charge.
The competition is valid from Monday, August 4, 2025, up to and including Thursday, August 14, 2025.
The Good Roll is entitled to exclude your participation in the event of suspected abuse.
2. How does the competition work?
You can participate by entering the requested details. Subsequently, you acknowledge these Terms and the privacy policy. If you agree, you give us your consent and confirm your participation. We will receive your participation in our database.
Participation in the competition involves answering both an open-ended question and a tie-breaker question. The winners will be selected based on the answers provided.
This competition is a collaboration with The GreenPan. The GreenPan is responsible for shipping and delivering the products they offer.
The 3 winners will be contacted by The Good Roll no later than Wednesday, August 20, 2025. Each winner will receive one 9-piece Mayflower set (worth €194.90) and an XXL Homekit from The Good Roll (worth €49.95).
If you are contacted by us, we will ask you to provide your address. Your winning product will be delivered to you as soon as possible.
3. General Provisions
In the event of a technical malfunction during the duration of the competition, The Good Roll will endeavor to resolve the malfunction as quickly as possible to the best of its ability. The Good Roll is under no obligation to extend the duration of the competition.
The Good Roll cannot be held liable for any inconvenience or disadvantages inherent in the use of the internet, in particular a malfunction, external intrusion, or the presence of computer viruses.
The Good Roll cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from improper use of the won products. You agree to comply with the information provided on or in the product packaging.
Should The Good Roll be liable for damages, our liability will be limited to direct damages. The Good Roll is not liable for indirect damages.
The exclusions and limitations of liability in these Terms do not apply to our liability that cannot be excluded or limited under (mandatory) applicable law.
If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable for any reason, this will not affect the remaining provisions of these Terms. The Terms shall be interpreted as if such invalid or unenforceable provision(s) had never been included, unless otherwise provided by mandatory Belgian law.
The waiver by The Good Roll of a breach of any provision of the Terms is only effective if made in writing and shall in no way be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach of such provision or a waiver of the provision itself.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Belgian law. All disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be settled definitively and exclusively by the competent courts of Ghent.
